New Improovments

I've been searching around in the control panel and I found out some things I want to share that I did.
Here are the list of changes/improvements I made!

Added a Quick Reply function. Now reply to topic 2x faster!
I disabled the Topic character limit. Before it had to 10+letters long now it can be 1letter long!
I added a color function! Now when you make a topic you can select if you want to make your title color a different color than the original.

I hope you are happy with the changes I have made. When v2 comes there will be a lot more! So stay tune.

**NOTE**
If anyone abbuses the Coloring of the topic Title it will be removed PERMANENTLY!
Don't make every topic a colored one. Use it when you make a new topic for your sig. Or in the Spam section. Don't go crazy tho.
